Job Title: Concrete Pump Operator (Ready-Mix Concrete Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and safety-focused Concrete Pump Operator with proven experience in ready-mix concrete operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating concrete pump trucks to safely and accurately deliver and place concrete at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate concrete pump trucks to deliver and place ready-mix concrete efficiently
• Set up, operate, and clean pump equipment at job sites
• Coordinate with site supervisors, dispatch, and crew members for precise concrete placement
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance checks
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of deliveries and pump operations
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations
• Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions promptly

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven hands-on experience operating concrete pump trucks (ready-mix concrete required)
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and proper equipment operation
• Ability to work in physically demanding and outdoor conditions
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
