Pump Technician

Job Summary:

Responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of water and fire pumps (diesel‑driven and electric), controllers, jockey pumps, and related components to ensure reliable performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, inspect, and test fire and water pump systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and operational checks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Maintain logs, inspection reports, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, project supervisors, and safety teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes/standards and Qatar Civil Defence requirements.

Qualifications:

• Prior pump maintenance/installation experience preferred.
