Position: Pumpman 

Trading Area: International voyages

Flag: Turkish-flag Suezmax crude oil tankers

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cargo pumps, stripping pumps and ballast pumps
• Assist Chief Officer in cargo loading, discharging, stripping and tank cleaning
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of cargo lines, valves, strainers and related systems
• Support Crude Oil Washing (COW) , tank cleaning, gas freeing and ballasting/de-ballasting operations
• Monitor pumproom and cargo deck in full compliance with safety procedures
• Report any abnormality, leakage or malfunction immediately and support troubleshooting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years sea service as Pumpman on crude oil tankers
• Solid knowledge of cargo handling systems, pumproom safety and IG system interface
• Experience in COW, tank cleaning, cargo heating and line-up
• Strong focus on safety, housekeeping and procedural compliance
• English level: Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) – MANDATORY
• Able to read and understand cargo plans and procedures in English
• Able to communicate effectively during cargo operations
