Job Title: Pune Attorney - Real Estate & Conveyancing

Experience: 2 - 4 Years in Real Estate & Conveyancing practice

Location: 1103, F-1, Ganga Carnation, Fatima Nagar, Koregoan Park Annex, Pune 411036

Office Time: 09:30AM to 07:30PM

Budget: 30,000 to 40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Real Estate Transactions & Advisory

● Handle diverse property transactions including sale, lease, development, and redevelopment projects.

● Advise clients on land acquisition, industrial land, and redevelopment-related matters.

● Conduct due diligence and title verification for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

● Identify and resolve issues such as defective title, missing documents, and ownership disputes.

● Represent clients before government and revenue authorities such as the Sub-Registrar, Collector, Tahsildar, and Sub-Divisional Officer. 2. Drafting & Documentation

● Independently draft and review real estate documents including agreements for sale, sale deeds, lease deeds, MOUs, and development agreements.

● Ensure compliance with RERA, Registration Act, and other property-related laws.

● Prepare and manage documentation for registration and revenue proceedings.

3. Property Records & Legal Compliance

● Examine and interpret 7/12 extracts, property cards, mutation entries, and other revenue records.

● Conduct title searches and prepare detailed title reports.

● Apply working knowledge of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, Transfer of Property Act, Partition Act, and related land laws.

4. Client Representation & Risk Management

● Represent and advise a diverse clientele including individuals, builders, developers, corporates, banks, and investors.

● Provide strategic legal opinions and safeguard client interests in real estate transactions. ● Assist in matters related to title disputes, partition suits, and society disputes, where required.

5. Team & Workflow Management

● Manage multiple ongoing matters and meet transaction deadlines.

● Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless documentation and execution.

● Support junior team members in drafting, compliance, and client coordination.

Requirements:

● Qualification: LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.

● Experience: 2–4 years in real estate and conveyancing practice.

● Strong understanding of property documentation, due diligence, and compliance.

● Exposure to real estate transactions across Maharashtra jurisdictions preferred.

● Excellent drafting and communication skills in English and Marathi.

● Ability to read and interpret property records (7/12 extracts, property cards, mutation entries) in Marathi.

● Strong client management skills, attention to detail, and professional integrity

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
