Puppy Placement Specialist (Sales-Focused Role)

Superstar Puppies specializes in placing exceptional, high-end puppies with families who are prepared to make a meaningful investment in a lifelong companion.

We are seeking a confident, elite-level professional to join our team — someone who thrives in high-performance environments and consistently delivers results. This is primarily a sales and telesales role. You will manage inquiries, control conversations, and confidently lead families from initial interest through final placement.

This is not an order-taking retail position. This is a performance-based consulting role — the more you close, the more you earn. Only top performers need apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls daily
  • Conduct high-level telesales conversations
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture serious buyers
  • Guide families through the full puppy placement process
  • Present and position premium puppies that represent a multi-thousand-dollar investment
  • Overcome objections and reinforce value with confidence
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics

Operational Responsibilities (when short-staffed):

  • Clean kennels and maintain store presentation
  • Assist with basic puppy care
  • Support daily operational tasks related to the puppies

Sales is the priority — but we operate as a team, and everyone contributes when needed.

  • Strong phone presence and closing ability

  • Able to build trust quickly and lead decisive conversations

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
