Flexible schedule, only when Madurai branch order comes in bill the vendors for items. Monthly 150 Hours of work time is enough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit designated wholesale shops and suppliers to purchase required materials as per the company’s list and quality standards.
  • Verify bills, quantities, and product conditions before purchase.
  • Pack, bundle, and label the purchased items properly for dispatch.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or delivery team to load goods safely into trucks or delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain purchase records, bills, and supplier details accurately.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to the required destination.
  • Maintain good relations with suppliers and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Handle local logistics, including transportation and loading/unloading supervision.
  • Report daily purchases and expenses to the manager or accounts team.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
  • Basic understanding of bills, invoices, and product handling.
  • Physically fit to manage packing and loading activities.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and responsible attitude.
