PURCHASE AND INVENTORY INCHARGE

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the Purchase department in the Hospital Industry.
  • Must have experience in making PO, GRN and maintaining other purchase-related documents.
  • Must have Negotiation and Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Prepare purchase order and GRN

Enter the issue vouchers in the system

Ensure clearance from security check for the received items.

Ensure submission of monthly statement of consignment, returnable and non-returnable items to the department in-charge.

Ensure that all the invoices are correct and complete as per the order

Record the issued quantity in the issue register.

Maintain stock register computerized or manual.

Prepare monthly statements for received, ordered and pending indent materials.

Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures

Perform any job assigned by the management as per exigencies of work.
