Job Description – Purchase & Sourcing Executive

Company: Speciality chemicals company ( API, Excipients, Active pharmaceutical ingredients etc.)
Designation: Purchase & Sourcing Executive
Location: Sandhurst Road, Mumbai (for first 3 months) after that Lower Parel, Mumbai
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry / Pharma
Experience: Minimum 1.5 + years in sourcing (preferably in API, Excipients, or Chemicals)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Purchase & Sourcing Executive with at least 1.5 years of experience in the Chemicals or Pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will oversee purchase operations, vendor sourcing, and ensure seamless coordination with suppliers and traders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify techno-commercially viable and non-infringing routes for commercialization within timelines.
• Source new vendors and evaluate their suitability for long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with local vendors and traders to obtain competitive quotations and material samples.
• Negotiate rates, quantities, and quality parameters to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
