Job Description – Store Executive (Jewellery Industry)

Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Jewellery industry preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory, material movement, and store-related documentation in a jewellery manufacturing environment. The candidate should ensure proper stock control, accurate records, and smooth coordination with production and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management.

• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and safe storage of all materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.

2. Issue & Receipt Handling

• Issue material to production departments against approved requisitions.
• Receive returned, repaired, or unused materials and update records accordingly.

3. System & Documentation

• Make timely entries in Jewels software / ERP / Excel as applicable.
• Maintain GRN, challans, delivery notes, and stock registers.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with production, QC, accounts, and purchase departments for material flow.
• Inform seniors about shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
• Support audits by providing stock reports and documentation.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Follow company SOPs for inventory handling and security.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

Skill Requirements

• Experience in store or inventory handling in jewellery/manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of ERP/Jewels software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in jewellery store / inventory role.
• Qualification: Graduate or equivalent (preferred).
