Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials as per requirements.
  • Maintain inventory records and update purchase/dispatch data.
  • Prepare invoices, challans, and dispatch documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for timely dispatch.
  • Monitor material movement and ensure accuracy in quantity and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in purchase and/or dispatch operations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP/Tally preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
