- Maintain records of suppliers, contracts, and purchase transactions.
- Receive, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders and invoices.
- Organize and store materials systematically with proper labeling.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems.
- Issue materials to departments based on requisitions, ensuring proper documentation.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report shortages or excesses.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and security of materials.
