We are looking for an experienced Purchase Assistant (Civil Industry experience is must).
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Purchase Execution: Floating inquiries, requesting quotations, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring confirmation from vendors.
- Coordination and Follow-up: Coordinating with site engineers, project managers, and storekeepers, and following up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensuring materials meet quality and technical specifications and liaising with quality control teams.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining procurement records (POs, invoices, delivery notes), tracking inventory, and reporting on procurement status.
- Assistance to Seniors: Assist seniors in Purchase operations.
Candidate should have minimum 1 year of civil purchase experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
