 Researching and comparing: Researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and

services to select the most suitable ones

 Requesting cost proposals: Requesting cost proposals and negotiating contracts

and prices

 Building relationships: Building and maintaining professional relationships with

suppliers

 Negotiating: Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of contracts and

agreements

 Providing support: Providing support to users for the smooth running of daily

operations for internal departments

Some skills that are important for a procurement executive include:

 Negotiation: Having great negotiation skills to get the best deals for the company

 Analytical thinking: Using analytical thinking to consider all aspects of a product,

including price, quality, delivery time, and quantity

 Communication skills: Having good communication skills to work with a number of

vendors and suppliers

 Should be well versed with the Procure to Pay process: should follow the

process strictly.

 Travelling: Should be able to do local travel when it is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
