Job Title
Purchase Assistant Manager
(Only candidate worked with Apparel Brands will be considered)
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle purchase activities for retail operations as per company policies.
Manage vendor coordination, negotiation, and purchase orders.
Responsible for verifying, processing, and maintaining purchase bills and invoices.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for retail stores/projects.
Maintain and update purchase records in SAP system.
Coordinate with accounts team for invoice clearance and vendor payments.
Monitor stock requirements and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Support in vendor evaluation and developing long-term supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with quality, budget, and delivery timelines.
Qualification
BE - EEE / BE - CIVIL
Experience
5+ years experience in procurment for New Showroom Infrastructures.
SAP software experience is must.
