Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in procuring construction materials, equipment, and services for projects.
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and stock.
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Support the preparation of purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning for future project requirements.
* Coordinate with project managers and site teams to fulfill material needs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
