We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Associate to manage procurement activities for our Luxury Holiday Homes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing, cost-effective purchasing, and smooth inventory flow to support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for quality products and services
- Manage purchase orders, quotations, and approvals
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain vendor relationships and update price lists
- Inspect received goods for quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams for requirements
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Monitor budgets and reduce unnecessary expenses
- Support audits and compliance with company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement (hospitality preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of vendor management and local markets
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
