We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Associate to manage procurement activities for our Luxury Holiday Homes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing, cost-effective purchasing, and smooth inventory flow to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for quality products and services
  • Manage purchase orders, quotations, and approvals
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain vendor relationships and update price lists
  • Inspect received goods for quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams for requirements
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation
  • Monitor budgets and reduce unnecessary expenses
  • Support audits and compliance with company standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of vendor management and local markets
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
