Purchase Co Ordinator

A Purchase Coordinator in the solar industry manages the end-to-end procurement of solar components (panels, inverters, batteries, racking). Key responsibilities include sourcing vendors, negotiating pricing/terms, creating purchase orders, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining inventory records.   • Vendor Management: Researching, interviewing, and selecting suppliers, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Purchasing & Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms to secure cost-effective, high-quality components.
  • Order Processing: Creating and tracking purchase orders (POs) and ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.
  • Project Collaboration: Coordinating with project managers and sales teams to align procurement with project timelines.
  • Inventory & Records: Maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and tracking material usage for solar projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
