Job Title: Purchase Coordinator (Entry Level)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Purchase Coordinator to support procurement operations and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of purchase or tender-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in vendor coordination and purchase order preparation.
  • Maintain records of purchases, quotations, and invoices.
  • Support tender and procurement documentation.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project execution.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
