Job Description:

• The Purchase Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s procurement activities efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating with vendors for timely purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
• Maintaining purchase records, order tracking, and inventory updates
• Comparing quotations, negotiating prices, and preparing purchase orders
• Liaising with production, stores, and accounts departments for smooth workflow
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
• Monitoring vendor performance and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Handling GRN, invoice checking, and documentation related to purchases

Requirements:

• Graduate or relevant qualification
• Experience in purchase or procurement (preferably in manufacturing/flexible packaging)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Excel and basic ERP systems
