Purchase Coordinator – Furniture Manufacturing

About the Role
Indofurnish is looking for an experienced Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement of raw materials and hardware for our furniture manufacturing unit. The role focuses on ensuring timely material availability, cost efficiency, and strong vendor coordination to support smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, adhesives, and polishing materials
Compare quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers
Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
Coordinate with production and stores for material planning
Monitor stock levels and maintain reorder points
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation
Coordinate with accounts for payment processing
Requirements
3+ years of experience in purchase/procurement (preferably in furniture or manufacturing industry)
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Good knowledge of furniture raw materials & hardware
Proficiency in MS Excel (ERP knowledge preferred)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Salary
Salary will be offered as per experience and industry standards.
Mandatory to have own vehicle and valid driving licence

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
