Job Summary
The Purchase cum Store Manager is responsible for end-to-end procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and store operations. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at optimum cost while maintaining accurate stock records, minimizing wastage, and supporting smooth kitchen and outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and control purchasing of food, beverages, consumables, and non-food items
- Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for best quality, price, and delivery timelines
- Ensure timely procurement as per approved purchase requisitions and par levels
- Maintain proper receiving, inspection, and storage of all materials as per SOPs
- Monitor daily stock movement, consumption, and closing inventory
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO, expiry tracking, and hygiene standards in store areas
- Control wastage, pilferage, and stock variance through regular audits
- Maintain purchase orders, GRNs, stock registers, and inventory reports
- Coordinate with kitchen, F&B service, accounts, and operations teams
- Support cost control initiatives and budget adherence
- Ensure compliance with food safety, audit, and company policies
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of food & beverage materials and hospitality supplies
- Inventory planning, stock control, and cost management
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software, ERP)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in purchase/store management in hospitality or restaurant industry

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
