Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end purchase process including sourcing, comparison, negotiation and timely order placement for Restaurant Operation needs.
- Find and onboard reliable vendors, maintain vendor list, and ensure best rates and credit terms.
- Do rate checking, quotation comparison, and cost saving without compromising quality.
- Create accurate Purchase Orders (PO) after approval and track delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance (on-time delivery & quality pass rate).
- Manage store inventory, record all inward and outward stock with accuracy.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO, shelf life tracking, and ensure proper storage of materials to avoid expiry or damage.
- Oversee material receiving, inspection and GRN process, coordinate with Quality team for approvals.
- Ensure zero stockouts for critical raw materials, packaging and consumables.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification, reconciliation, and control variance.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and security standards.
- Prepare and share monthly purchase plan, stock report, and savings data with management.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and finance teams for smooth material flow and payment process.
- Control cash and credit purchases, maintain healthy vendor line of credit as per policy.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance of all purchase and store records.
- Work on reorder levels, lead time reduction, and inventory optimization to improve efficiency.
- Support management in new product material planning and vendor development for upcoming projects.
Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Good command in inventory tools, Excel or stock software.
- Ability to work in fast-paced Restaurant/Hospitality environment.
- Organized, responsible, team-coordinator and problem solver mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
