Job description
- Complete the procurement process through issue of PO (ERP) as per the defined process
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Follow-ups with the vendors for quotation and samples
- Review of quotes and preparing price comparison
- Research potential vendors and negotiating with them
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Required Candidate profile
- BE./B.Tech/Diploma Engineering in any field, however should have experience in real estate.
- Atleast 5-7 years Purchase experience in residential & commercial development
- Should have experience in vendor management, negotiation & procurement
- Experience in ERP will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
