Purchase Engineer

• Responsible for the development and introduction of factory suppliers, as well as the daily procurement work of the factory
• Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers
• Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Review all venders and suppliers
• Maintain purchase records and other important data
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts
• Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies
• Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers
• Negotiating contracts
• Supply chain management
• Maintaining good supplier relations
• Strategic sourcing and evaluating prospective suppliers
• Overseeing the company’s procurement policies
• Maintaining accurate records and updating supplier information
• Performing cost analysis
• Preparing budgets
• Managing inventories
• Actioning approved purchases
• At least 5 years of procurement experience in the power electronics manufacturing industry or relevant industry
• Have good communication skill in Chinese language
