Purchase Engineer

Position: Purchase Executive / Vendor Development Trainee (Mechanical – Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing vendors and suppliers for mechanical and industrial components
• Support in preparing purchase orders, quotations, and related documentation
• Compare quotations and prepare basic cost analysis under guidance
• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Quality, Stores) to understand material requirements
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
• Maintain purchase records and assist in vendor evaluation
• Ensure procurement activities meet technical specifications and timelines

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing processes
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment

Mandatory Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher)
• Interest: Strong interest in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain functions
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
