Job Description

we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Engineer to join our growing procurement team. This role is ideal for professionals with up to 1-3 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with procurement of raw materials, components, and services
• Support vendor sourcing, evaluation, and selection
• Work with ERP systems to manage purchase orders and inventory
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, price lists, and vendor agreements
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement
• Monitor market trends and support cost analysis efforts
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and vendor communications
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards
• Support continuous improvement of purchasing processes

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• Strong interest or experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sector

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations
• Familiarity with import/export documentation (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SAP
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
