Purchase Engineer - Recycling Machinery Division

We are a growing engineering company specializing in recycling machinery, furnaces, and allied pollution control equipment. Our solutions are designed for efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Purchase Engineer who can bridge customer requirements with technical and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Handle import procurement, documentation, LC, logistics, and customs clearance.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely material procurement.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams for requirement planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain purchase records.
• Ensure cost control, quality compliance, and timely delivery.

• Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in machinery/equipment manufacturing.
• Essential: Strong knowledge of Export–Import regulations, documentation, and procedures.
• Vendor development & negotiation skills (domestic & overseas).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
