Job Title: Purchase Executive
Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers with basic procurement knowledge are welcome)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The role includes identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating terms, raising purchase orders, tracking material delivery, and maintaining accurate purchase records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery.
• Raise and process purchase orders on time.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse.
• Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier database, records, and purchase documentation.
• Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and vendor payments.
• Conduct market research for competitive sourcing and new vendor development.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and basic ERP usage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Ability to manage pressure and meet timelines.
