Purchase Entry Staff

Job Description:
We are hiring a Purchase Entry Staff for our footwear store godown to manage data entry of incoming stock and coordinate with the purchase and inventory teams. Accuracy and basic computer skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter purchase and stock data into the system accurately
• Verify invoices, GRNs, and received goods
• Coordinate with suppliers and store managers for stock updates
• Maintain organized records of all purchase entries
• Assist in stock audits and inventory checks

Requirements:

• Fresher / 1+ year of experience in data entry or store operations
• Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in footwear or retail preferred
