Purchase Executive

Dear Candidates,

We have job opportunity for the position of Purchase Executive in our leading Manufacturing Medical Devices.

Location:-Navi Mumbai

Experience:-6 to 8 Yrs

The JD as follows:-

01) Purchase of All types of Electronics Components from local and International Market.

02) Coordination between Production dept and Store Dept for proper communication and timely getting Raw Material (Electronics Components), Bought out items.

03) Development of alternate / new vendor for critical components.

04) Planning procurement as per BOM / order forecast from production.

05) Sending enquiry, taking quotation, preparing comparative, price negotiation, order finalization.

06) Preparing of Purchase Order in TallyErp9 system.

07) Follow up to supplier to get material at scheduled time.

08) Maintains all purchase related documents – Price List, catalog, critical components datasheet.

09) Monitoring inventory to avoid stock out / excess order condition

10) Co-ordinate with accounts department for vendor payment

11) Maintaining ISO related documents.

12)Handling import related activities like assigning forwarders to pick up material from international vendors, monitoring custom clearance related activities and provide or prepare necessary documents require to customs.
