We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms and pricing.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Source materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and accounts teams for timely procurement.
• Maintain purchase records and vendor database.
• Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement without compromising on quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and reordering materials as needed.
• Verify delivery of goods, quality inspection, and coordination for replacements if required.
• Assist in developing procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction or engineering procurement (preferred).
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials used in construction (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Familiarity with purchase software, MS Excel, and documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
