Purchase Executive

Responsible for sourcing, procuring, and negotiating the purchase of high-quality food products for export, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Your success will contribute to our overall profitability and expansion.Good analytical skillsProficiency in MS office, google spreadsheet and ERP systemStrong Verbal, written communications skills Attention to detailsSmart in negotiation and networking Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company’s SOPIdentify and source reliable suppliers of food products meeting our quality standards and specifications.Negotiate and secure competitive prices, terms, and conditions with suppliersFollow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support productionReview of complaints received for trading items and co-ordinate with vendorEnsure all purchase related documents comply with FSSC 22000 standards and specificationsResponsible for stock at outsourced warehousesPerform other duties assigned or as instructed by the managerConduct supplier audits and monitor their compliance with FSSC requirements
