- Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 3 - 4 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware components, brands, and market pricing.
- Should be familiar with products like laptop, desktop, printer, server, router, switches, AP, CCTV Cameras, Intrusion alarm systems, EPABX, boom barriers etc.
- Should have excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple purchase requirements efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to maintain records and share reports.
- Should be able Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for IT hardware and peripherals.
- Should be able to Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Should be able to Manage purchase orders, vendor agreements, and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Should be able to Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sourcing opportunities.
- Follow-up vendor’s payment with accounts team
- Create RMA of new purchase items for replacement and update the warranty according to purchase date
- ERP software knowledge
