Key Responsibilities:
- Factory Coordination:
- Work closely with the factory team to understand material requirements, update them on procurement status, and ensure timely availability of goods.
- Vendor Development & Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and ensure consistent performance.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- New Vendor Creation:
- Handle documentation and system entry for new vendor registration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Follow-ups & Communication:
- Regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate between the factory and vendors to avoid delays.
- Communicate with the sales and design teams for requirement updates and delivery planning.
- Delivery & Timelines Management:
- Track and monitor the entire procurement lifecycle from PO to final delivery.
- Proactively manage potential delays and escalate where necessary to avoid impact on production/delivery schedules.
- Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand order timelines and customer delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with the Design team for custom product requirements and specifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
