Job Description:
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors and develop new supplier partnerships.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, machinery, and other required items.
- Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.
Purchasing Operations
- Process purchase orders (POs) and follow up with vendors for on-time delivery.
- Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to prevent shortages.
- Manage import/export documentation and compliance when required.
ERP & Documentation
- Utilize ERP systems for procurement activities, including order tracking and supplier management.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Generate reports on purchase activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Cost Optimization & Budgeting
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Work closely with finance and production teams to manage budgets and control procurement costs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
