Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Raise and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for timely payments to vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to procurement activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement (manufacturing or industrial background preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
