Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Raise and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for timely payments to vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements related to procurement activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement (manufacturing or industrial background preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
