Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction projects. The role involves working closely with suppliers and project teams to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Identify and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to secure favorable deals.
  • Order Processing: Issue purchase orders and manage inventory levels.
  • Coordination: Work with project managers to align material deliveries with project schedules.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and manage procurement costs to stay within budget.
  • Compliance: Ensure materials meet industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Maintain records and prepare reports on procurement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree Mathematics.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
