Purchase Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure timely acquisition of materials, products, and services at competitive prices. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a good understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to maintain vendor relationships to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure best value procurement.
• Issue purchase orders and track the delivery status of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Resolve any supply issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the procurement function.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
