Purchase Executive – Job Requirements
1. Educational Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Diploma or certification in Procurement or Materials Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, or SAP MM module)
2. Experience
- Mid-level: 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Working in facilities management field is preferrable
3. Technical Skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes (RFQ, PO creation, vendor selection, etc.)
- Experience using Tally ERP, or Inventory software
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Understanding of inventory control and material planning
- Basic knowledge of taxation, GST, and invoice verification
4. Key Responsibilities (Expected in the Role)
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery.
- Track purchase costs and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores or production teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Assist in audits and documentation related to procurement.
- Maintain Stores for inventory management
- Arrange delivery through company vehicle to various sites

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
