Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source raw materials, hardware, packaging, and other required items for production.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Maintain and update vendor database and build strong relationships with local suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals and deliveries.
  • Track material inventory levels and coordinate with the production and store departments.
  • Verify supplier bills and coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments.
  • Ensure quality checks and proper documentation of all incoming materials.
  • Maintain purchase records and generate periodic reports on material consumption and procurement costs.
  • Assist management in cost control and procurement planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in furniture, handicraft, or manufacturing industries.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local markets and suppliers in Saharanpur region.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or Zoho Inventory.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Male Candidates Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
