Reports to: Purchase Manager

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Shall source the materials required for Production.
  • Shall keep a record of each and every item in stock and out of stock.
  • Shall maintain records of goods ordered and received.
  • Shall prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
  • Shall Engage in hands-on procurement from vendors by visiting their shop.
  • May negotiate in order to abide purchasing department budgets.
  • Should liaise between suppliers, manufacturers and relevant internal departments.
  • Shall keep project files and use them for future reference.
  • May update BOM in case of missing materials.
  • Shall make sure that the arrived material matches the specifications provided in the Purchase Order.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Extremely proficient in MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
  • Numeracy skills in order to analyze and provide statistical reports.
  • Negotiating and Networking skills.
  • Resilience.
  • Extremely proficient in documentation.
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
