Location: Based Location - Panchkula (Baddi, Kasuli)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate Purchase

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Purchase Manager with strong experience in the Real Estate / Construction sector. The ideal candidate will handle procurement of materials, vendor management, price negotiations, and inventory planning to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for construction materials and services
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Maintain purchase records, agreements, and contracts
• Coordinate with project, finance, and site teams for material requirements
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Track market trends, prices, and new product developments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate / Construction purchase
• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
• Knowledge of building materials, electrical items, plumbing, interiors, etc.
• Experience in ERP/Tally/SAP (if applicable)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
