Purchase Executive

• Oversee end-to-end procurement of medicines, surgical consumables, and pharmacy supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and monitor inventory to avoid shortages or excess.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, nursing units, and clinical departments to understand purchase requirements.
• Process purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and coordinate with accounts for timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital procurement policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to purchasing, stock levels, vendor performance, and price lists.
• Handle vendor relationship management and resolve supply issues promptly.
