Purchase Executive

• Material planning : Develop and maintain a procurement plan to ensure timely availability of materials or services.

• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers or vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Ensure vendors meet the company’s quality standards, delivery timelines, and pricing agreements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) for goods and services based on the organization’s needs.
• Follow up with suppliers to resolve any delays or issues in order fulfillment.
• Generate regular reports for management on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations related to procurement.
• Knowledge of imports for material import.
