Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase fabrics, trims, and garment materials as per requirement
• Identify and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards
• Maintain purchase records, rate comparisons, and supplier performance
• Ensure timely delivery of materials for production needs
• Conduct regular market visits for pricing updates and new product sourcing
• Work closely with the production team to meet fabric/material needs
• Handle purchase orders, GRN, and documentation

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in clothing/fabric purchase
• Strong market knowledge of fabrics and garment accessories
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements efficiently
• Proficiency in vendor management and follow-up
• Immediate joining availability preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Clothing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Fashion retail: 2 years (Preferred)
