Purchase Executive

• Source fabrics, trims, threads and other garment or PPE-related materials
• Compare suppliers, negotiate pricing and finalize purchase orders
• Track material requirements based on production planning
• Maintain vendor relationships and onboard new suppliers when needed
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up for timely dispatch
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams for material approvals
• Maintain purchase records, GRNs and documentation
• Analyse cost trends and identify savings
• Handle urgent procurement requests during peak production
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
