Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Purchasing

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials, products, and services.
  • Create and process purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems.
  • Ensure cost-effective purchase decisions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

2. Vendor Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier performance evaluations (quality, price, delivery timelines).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms.
  • Resolve delivery or quality issues with vendors.

3. Cost & Inventory Control

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, pricing, and monthly purchase reports.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse for reorder requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,324.82 - ₹25,000.00 per month
