Job Summary:

We, at Ellipsis Group, Comprising Keiyan MEP, Frontier Furniture & Touchwood Interiors, are seeking a dynamic and experienced meticulous and strategic Purchase Executive to join our dynamic procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation, to delivery and inventory management.

This role is critical to our operational efficiency, requiring a professional who can secure high-quality goods and services at the most competitive terms, ensuring our production and operational needs are met without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

· Supplier Sourcing & Management:

o Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on a comprehensive analysis of price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities.

o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers.

o Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and lead resolution for any quality or service issues.

· Negotiation & Cost Control:

o Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve optimal value for the company.

o Continuously seek cost-reduction opportunities without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.

· Procurement & Order Management:

o Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policy.

o Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all materials and services to meet production and project schedules.

o Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, including purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and invoices.

· Inventory & Supply Chain Collaboration:

o Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.

o Collaborate closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to forecast demand and align procurement activities.

· Market Intelligence & Compliance:

o Stay informed about market trends, commodity pricing, and new product innovations.

o Ensure all procurement activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

Key Skills Required:

· Proven experience in supplier management and negotiation.

· Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.

· Proficiency with procurement software/ERP systems.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· High attention to detail and analytical thinking.

· Experience In Interior Design / Architecture / Modular Furniture Is Essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
