Job Summary:
The Purchase Executive will manage the procurement process for materials and services, ensuring timely, cost-effective acquisitions that meet quality standards. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships to support SASNIK EM Services' operational needs.

Key Role Tasks:

· Source and evaluate suppliers to secure competitive prices and reliable quality.

· Negotiate purchase terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.

· Prepare and process purchase orders efficiently.

· Track order status and ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.

· Identify opportunities for cost savings and supplier improvements.

· Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.

Skills Required:

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Good analytical and decision-making abilities.

· Proficiency in procurement software and MS Excel.

· Attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
