Purchase Executive

Hiring: Purchase Executive
Experience: 2–5 years
Location: Andheri, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to handle procurement operations and vendor management.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement
• Strong knowledge of SAP (MM Module preferred)
• Ability to manage vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and inventory coordination
• Good communication & documentation skills
• Strong analytical ability and follow-up skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing of materials/services as per requirements
• Create and track Purchase Orders in SAP
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain vendor relationships
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely procurement and delivery
• Maintain purchase records, reports, and MIS
